Can't say enough about pinnacle. Came out and looked at what needed to be done on roof. Got the price over to me right away. Came over got the work done replacing the roof right away. Great guys did the work quiet and respectfull. And left the job site as clean as when they got there. Excellent job !!!!!!

Quality and Service.....That says it all....... We have used Pinnacle Services for a range of work and remediation. We live on the ocean and with this the usual issues with water and salt damage. Mike and his team reviewed the areas in question and recommended repairs and enhancements that would solve anything mother nature would throw at us. We were so pleased with the work we used Pinnacle for additional work. Mike is our go to resource for sound and thoughtful technical advice when it comes to anything concerning waterproofing, water damage repair or exterior enhancements providing protection from wind, water etc. His team is polite, on time and work in a clean and efficient manner. They are the best. I cannot say enough about the quality of the work they deliver. Well Done!

I contacted Pinnacle Services after I had a balcony leak, which had been supposedly repaired a few years previously. I had water coming in thru the ceiling of my family room after contacting the original contractors and not getting any response from them. Michael came out the following morning with a crew and temporarily patched the problem. That temp repair stopped the problem for 2 months while I received bids from other contractors. Pinnacles proposal was considerably more than the other vendors, but I was impressed with their sense of urgency and the scope of work they suggested. I decided to go with them. What a great decision! I have never seen a company so detail oriented and professional. I was present for all most all the work and am still amazed at how precise and thorough each process was. I have told several people about the process they used and we all agree my balcony will never leak again. They even found other issues outside the scope of the job which were potential problems and I had them repair those as well. As I mentioned their bid was a little higher but I feel I received more than my monies worth. Again, every step of the way it was a pleasure working with Pinnacle Services and I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Horrible experience. A bunch of work was done by Pinnacle Roofing to our roof. The work was great on some of it but there was a leak in part of the roof they repaired. There was a one year warranty on the work. Try as I might... they refused to get up on the roof to inspect it or to meet me at the house to resolve it. The owner was rude and abrupt with me on the phone. I ended up hiring another company to do the repairs and I am happy to say there don't appear to be any more leaks/ To this day no one from Pinnacle company has made any effort to meet at the property or go up on the roof.... which I think is basic customer service.
